DO YOU REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT?

We highly recommend you book an appointment so we can guarantee a stylist is available for your visit. Walk-ins or browsing are subject to stylist availability. 

HOW LONG IS MY BRIDAL APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR?

A first visit bridal appointment is scheduled for 90 minutes. This allows for a 1-hour try on experience with 30 minutes to complete measurements, contract and finalize your invoice. Subsequent visits such as come back, accessory/veil or sample sale are 1-hour in length. 

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Our showroom seating areas can comfortably seat 4 guests in addition to the Bride. Please call ahead to make additional accommodations. 

How long will the dress take to arrive?

Our standard dress order without customization changes can take 5-7 months. We prefer to order custom dresses with more time than standard gown orders.

What is a rush fee?

A fee may be applied to your bridal gown order to prioritize the production of your dress when your wedding date is too close for standard production. To avoid paying these additional fees we recommend purchasing your bridal gown 10 months before your wedding date to leave enough time for alterations. 

What is your PRICE RANGE?

As the Flagship store for the Casablanca Bridal designer, we carry a wide array of styles accommodating a range of bridal budgets. For a new bridal gown order, dresses start around $2,000 and can go up to $7,000 depending on the gown. While your order includes custom measurements, please note that any custom gown changes will be an additional charge. 

What size Bridal Gowns do you carry?

We are committed to providing an inclusive size range of bridal gowns. Our sample gown sizes range from a bridal size 6 to 26. Additionally, we provide custom measurements with new gown orders instead of ordering gowns by standard sizing. This means that we take your height, bust, waist and hip measurement when placing your order. Each gown is made-to-order and made perfectly for you. View some of our plus size styles here.

Do you carry all of the dresses on your website?

As the Flagship store for Casablanca Bridal, we receive new gowns frequently from our designer. Due to limited space in our showroom, we may not have every gown on the website in store to try on. Please call ahead if there is a specific style you want to try on and our store team will check our current inventory. It may be possible to have the gown sent to us through our Gown-On-Loan program. Please call our store for more information on Gown-On-Loan. 

Do you rent dresses?

We do not rent dresses; however, we offer very competitive pricing. We want to make the wedding process enjoyable by offering your dream dress for an affordable price. Additionally, it is a keepsake you will have for the rest of your life!

 

Do you offer alterations?

While you are not required to alter your gown with us, we do offer in-house alterations with our seamstress on Mondays. To ensure that you have the most efficient and accurate tailoring, we recommend starting alterations two months before your wedding date. This way you are closest to your wedding day size and still have enough time to make changes to your dress.

Sample sales are a great opportunity for our brides who either have close wedding dates and do not have time to order their gowns, or for brides who are on a budget. The best part of a sample sale is you get to take the dress with you the same day for an affordable price!
