DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
In our store an appointment guarantees a stylist will be available to assist you when you arrive. If you choose to walk in, we may or may not have the staff available to help you try on dresses. We would love to serve you the best we can and make sure your experience is amazing, therefore we always suggest booking an appointment here!
HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR?
We schedule our appointments for an hour and a half. If you come on a Saturday, we must stay to this time frame. We highly recommend a weekday appointment when we can usually spend more time with the bride and her family!
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
While we would love to meet your entire entourage we highly recommend selecting 3-4 people to shop with you. Not only is our store limited in space and seating, we want you to be able to have the best experience with the ones closest to you.
How long will the dress take to arrive?
Our standard dress order without custom changes will take 6-9 months. An order with custom changes can take up to 8 months. If time is of the essence, we offer rush fees. Please call the store for more information on rush fees.
What is your price range?
Our gowns range from $2,500-6,000. Price will vary depending on what style and details you like on your dress, as well as any custom changes that you may want to make. We carry three lines created by Casablanca Bridal. Each line is unique and offers something for every bride.
Do you offer plus size?
Yes! Yes and Yes! In store we carry up to size 24. We are also able to provide custom measurements on your order no matter what size you need, ensuring the gown will be proportioned to your body. You can view some of our plus size styles here.
Do you carry all of the dresses on your website?
We would love to! Our space is very limited so we have hand selected the best of the best dresses to show you while you're in the store. We also have a Gown on Loan program where we can borrow a gown for you to try on if we do not carry it in our store. Please call our store for more information on Gown on Loan.
Do you rent dresses?
We do not rent dresses, however our pricing can't be beat, making it easy for you to afford your dream dress without having to give it back when your big day is finished.
Do you offer alterations?
We offer in house alterations that take place on Mondays and Tuesdays in our store. Alterations are started 2 months before the wedding day.
Sample sales are a great opportunity for our brides who either have close wedding dates and do not have time to order their gowns or for brides who are on a budget. Sample sales happen twice a year. The best part of a sample sale is you get to take the dress with you that day all while not breaking the bank!
